Women on Mission - A women auxiliary of the Southern Baptist Convention that began in the hearts of visionary leaders to pray and systematically raise money for missions.

Sanctity of Life — Since all life exists for God’s purposes and all human lives are equally sacred, it is our belief that human life is blessed of God and must be preserved and nurtured. Once a year the Women’s Ministry provides supplies to the Children’s Home Pregnancy Center.

 

Fill the Pantry— Organized by the Women’s Ministry, church members answer the call to bring non-perishable food contributions or monetary donations to assist in filling The Helping Hands Food Pantry's shelves.

 

Christmas Shoebox"Operation Christmas Child" - A ministry to collect different items needed for children around the world.

 

Lifeline Pregnancy Support - (Baby Bottle Campaign through Cuba Pregnancy Center) Moneys collected giving opportunity for families to have hands-on involvement in a project that will support health, wellness, and relationship education for those facing unplanned pregnancies.

 

Agape House— Women’s Ministry helps fulfill some of the needs of the homeless shelter in St Clair, MO., so they can continue to provide safe shelter, food, furniture, and clothing for those in need.

 

Adopt a Family— In the month of December the Women’s Ministry seeks and prays for God to reveal a family in need. So, we can help address specific needs and make the holiday season brighter.

 

Fire Victim Ministry— For those who suffer the loss of their home to fire, the Women’s Ministry provides them with a quilt and a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card to help comfort and help with some needs they may have.

 

Care Packages— Packages are made up of personal items for both men and women. These items are handed out to people that come to the church for help.

 

Pastor’s Wives Appreciation— October is Pastor Appreciation month. To highlight the important role of the wives of our pastors and to acknowledge the contributions these women make to the church and society, the Women’s Ministry gives them a small gift of appreciation every year.

 

Sewing Group — On occasion a need arrives that requires some sewing to be done. The Women’s Ministry has met some of those needs by making Pillowcase Dresses for little girls in Ghana and face mask for those visiting a loved one at the hospital.

 

Summer Camp meals — Our little campers need to eat. The Women’s Ministry assists the Association in preparing and serving a meal for those youth who are attending Summer Associational Camp.

 

Families with a special need— When a family has an illness or a misfortune, the Women’s Ministry will try to take some of the burden away by trying to meet one’s individual needs
